Eternity matters. God matters, being His child and living forever in His kingdom matters.
But here, on Earth, not much ends up feeling anything near glorious. So many things end up misunderstood or misconscrued. Then there are others.
People.
And all the things we enjoy together, the same things Jesus outlined in the Beatitudes. Whether mourning, or rejoicing, this life God has given us is rich and beautiful in so many ways. How much more beautiful, then, will heaven be? I cannot imagine.
Glory be to thee, Lord Christ.
